Artemis Synergy Systems Warranty




The Artemis Computers Synergy Warranty includes protection of your custom made Synergy computer against defects in workmanship and materials for the term of the warranty period. Unless otherwise specified, every Artemis Synergy Custom build comes with a standard warranty effective from the date your computer is built. Extended warranty upgrades or service plans are available for purchase with Artemis custom computer systems to extend the duration of the parts warranty. Any claim of warranty service must be made during the Active Term of the warranty period. Your warranty and return policy begin the day you receive your system.

 

At the duration of the Artemis Warranty period, some parts in your system may still carry a manufacturers warranty in addition to our standard 1 year or optional 3 year warranty (Example: high end power supplies typically have a 5 year warranty, or ram memory has a lifetime term) If warranty is required on parts that still carry a manufactures coverage after your Artemis Computers warranty expires, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly and follow their return (RMA) process. Artemis Computers will supply you a copy of invoices and serial numbers for your submission during this process if you have lost the original documentation.


Computer Systems Coverage & Technical Support / Labor Warranty

Each Artemis Custom built computer includes a standard warranty of;

  • Lifetime technical support
  • Lifetime hardware labor
  • 1 Year Free System diagnostics (upgradable to 3 years)
  • 1 Year parts warranty (upgradable to 3 years)
  • Transfer of ownership

 

Lifetime technical support: A purchase of an Artemis Synergy System entitles you to lifetime free phone and email support using our ticketing system. Support is limited to specifics related to the hardware build and configuration of your purchased computer. Support for the Windows operating system is also limited to problems related to the hardware build and configuration of the computer. Issues NOT covered by Artemis Computers and our Lifetime technical support: Virus and/or other malicious infections, 3rd party software or peripheral hardware. Issues outside of our Warranty can still be resolved by Artemis Computers on a cost per incident/repair basis. You will always receive quality support for any phone call or email placed to Artemis Computers regardless if it is covered by warranty or not.

 

Lifetime hardware Labor: Artemis Computers, for the life of your computer, will not charge any labor for upgrading, troubleshooting, or replacing parts as long as the parts have been purchased and installed by Artemis Computers. Lifetime labor is applicable to components or expansion of components inside of the computer only and does not apply to any peripheral items such as routers, mice, keyboard, printers, monitors or anything deemed external to the computer. Software or problems with Windows installations are not included unless caused by internal hardware.

 

1 Year Free System diagnostics: Artemis computers will provide, for a period of 1 year, free diagnostic assessments to your purchased computer brought into our service location. This will include confirmation of any problem you have reported or to troubleshoot problems you cannot explain to our repair staff. Any work following diagnostic completion will be subject to charge at our regular service rates. Diagnostic can be extended to a maximum of (3) Years at the time of purchase.

 

1 Year Standard Parts Warranty: If a hardware component fails or is found to be defective and is reported while under warranty, Artemis Computers will repair or replace the defective part with new or reconditioned parts free of charge. If an exact replacement is no longer available, or if a superior alternate is available, Artemis Computers may install a part that has similar or greater overall performance at our discretion. Warranty service for all peripherals (monitors, speakers, external equipment) is provided by the manufacturer of the component. Your system must be received at our location to have the warranty parts installed and configured. Custom built computer systems are generally repaired within 4 business days after we receive the system at our store location. If replacement parts are needed but not in stock that may add to the total time needed to complete the repair. Parts warranty can be extended to a maximum of (3) Years at the time of purchase.

 

Transfer of Ownership: In the event that you are giving away or selling your computer your Artemis warranty is fully transferable to the new owner as long as you have contacted our office to update our records to the new owner of the computer.


Limitation of Liability

Artemis Computers is not responsible for damages or costs incurred that are the result of accidents, misuse, disaster, or abuse of your computer. Modifications, overclocking, BIOS or firmware updates, or repairs made to your computer system by anyone other than Artemis Computers will void your warranty if not cleared through an Artemis Computers representative. Most all modifications will be approved, but we need this aspect of control in order to prevent unnecessary damage. Artemis Computers is not responsible for any losses or complications that arise as a result of a computer failure or a delay in the production or repair of your system.
