Adding a Sender to the Contact List

 
  When you receive an email, you can add the sender's name and email address information to the contact list.
 
  1. Double-click the email to open it in a separate window.
  2. Click the green plus "+" sign that appears next to the sender's name.
  3. Make changes to the sender's information, as desired.
  4. Click the Save button.
