easy access to ALL your files from anywhere.

Enhanced Security & Privacy
The AOB system ensures complete privacy protection. AOB
uses a three-tiered encryption system which encrypts data
on the user's computer, again in transit and finally when at
rest in storage.
Users can also opt to use AOB UltraSafe
that not even the AOB's engineers can view the data stored
on the AOB servers. Only the user who put it there can ever
access the data.
This stands in contrast to most other online backup systems,
where data is neither encrypted on your client, nor stored as
encrypted data so as to prevent employees of the software
vendor from accessing stored data.
Enterprise Compression
& Transfer Systems
The AOB compression system only backs up changed files
and then only the changed 1's and 0's are transferred. On a
500 MB database (MYOB/Intuit/Turbo Tax) the daily transfer
can be as small as 5 KB. Our transfer system is enterprise
grade, meaning that large file transfers are resumed at the
KB of interruption, and do not start at the beginning like
most online backup systems.

Unlimited Versioning & Archiving
Unlike other online backup systems, we do not delete the file
from your backup just because you delete the file from your
computer. Other companies call this "archiving" and refuse
to do it. If you delete your local file, they remove it from your
online backup storage. We call it "proper backup". Over 80%
of data loss occurs due to accidental deletion. With AOB you
can be rest assured that we keep every version of every file
forever, until you tell us to remove it.

Intelligent File Filters
To help you backup precisely what you want to, tell Artemis
Online Backup to watch your My Documents folder but to
ignore all *.mp3's and *.avi's. Alternatively you can tell AOB
to only protect *.doc, and *.xls. Either use our pre-sets or set
your own inclusion/exclusion mask.

Flexible Scheduling
It is possible to schedule monthly, weekly, daily, hourly or
perform an instant backup. Other online backup systems
run constantly, taking up valuable CPU and RAM system
resources. AOB in contrast only runs when you schedule
